All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on our platform are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.
Discontinuation of Cash Refunds: As of 01/01/2024, we have discontinued cash refunds for returned items. Instead, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the amount of the products purchased. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit and there is a $10 restock fee deducted as well.
Store Credit Terms:
The store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
It can be used for any future purchases on our website.
The store credit is transferable (ONLY for our Europe Store).
Return Process: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at shalomcollection@aol.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on the return process. In order to qualify for a credit, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened.
Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returned to Sender: In the event that your package was unclaimed or returned for insufficient address, there is a $10 fee for us to repackage and send the products back to you.
